1.1mm Foam Canon replacement Orifice

Description

1.1mm orifice is suggested to work on most under-110Bar pressure washers (eg. Karcher K1 series).

1.1 mm Orifice for Low Pressure Washers allows you to achieve a higher flow compared to the standard orifice in your Foam Cannon! If your pressure washer is struggling with your Foam Lance/Cannon, or you are simply looking to take your foam to the next level, this 1.1 MM Orifice is a great option!
If your pressure washer flow-rate is over 110Bar, do not use the 1.1mm Orifice as it would cause your pressure washer to pulsate.

To replace the original orifice (1.25mm)

1. First remove the current fitting (at the brass connector) from inlet side of your foam cannon. Take care not to damage any parts and thread.
2. Use a small flat-blade screwdriver and unscrew the existing orifice.
3. Screw in the new orifice, and screw the current fitting back into the foam cannon.
4. You may want to re-seal the current connector with Teflon tape and a thread sealant compound to ensure a water tight fitment.
